Q. Is Laasie part of the hotel?
A . No, Laasie is a 3rd party company that has partnered with travel companies to give guests that book direct personalized rewards to enhance their experience before, during, and after their stay.

Q. How do I select Laasie rewards?
A. After you make a direct booking on the hotel website, you will be prompted to select rewards. You will receive an email confirming your choices and also be given the option to edit those choices. Changes to your selections can be made up to 2 days prior to check-in.

Q. How do I redeem my rewards?
A. Instructions on how to redeem rewards will be emailed to you before your check-in date.

Q. Will I be able to redeem rewards if I live outside of the United States?
A. Laasie offers a wide variety of rewards that can be redeemed within the U.S. or internationally.

Q. Can I change my rewards after booking?
A. Yes, you can change your rewards up to 2 days before checking in by clicking the “Edit Rewards” button in the confirmation email from info@laasie.ai.

Q. Do rewards expire?
A. Each reward has its own timeline. The confirmation email will include instructions that explain how soon the reward will need to be redeemed.

Q. Who should I contact with any issues redeeming Laasie rewards?
A. Please reach out to info@laasie.ai with any questions. Someone from the team will get back to you within 1 business day.

Q. Are there any exclusions?
A. You must book directly on the hotel website to be eligible for rewards.
